StrengthsFinder has changed the way we approach employee training and growth at Martin Bros. Traci did a great job of facilitating a path that has become part of our daily interactions with each other. Understanding people’s individual strengths and capitalizing on growing what already comes naturally to individuals is much more productive than asking people to change who they innately are. Building your team’s projects and goals using the strengths of the individuals in the collective creates an environment where employees can succeed, productivity can increase, and everyone wins!

I wish I knew sooner that Traci held the keys to unlocking our team’s deep understanding of each other. Through her fascinating StrengthsFinder workshops, we came to understand our own strengths better and also how to work effectively with each other. There were several 'a-ha' moments for each of us during the workshops, including realistic expectations of each other. These realizations have been tremendously helpful in knowing what strengths to leverage in each other and also establishing a foundation on how team members can best contribute to the company. Her workshops have helped to move our teams forward in a positive direction, and to this day we leverage the StrengthsFinder insights.

Our organization participated in Traci's StrengthsFinder workshop to identify and develop individual staff's strengths and the Q12 employee engagement survey and follow-up workshop to evaluate our organization's strengths and opportunities for improvement. Both experiences were very beneficial and, I feel, will result in a more productive and enjoyable work place. Traci has impressive facilitation skills and ability to create a comfortable and productive workshop experience. She also shares prior work and life experiences that transform workshop concepts into real-world opportunities. I highly recommend Traci and her workshops as a way to increase staff performance, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
